Hilton Garden Inn – Kitty Hawk FAQ

21+ ONLY – we love kids and families but this event is just for the adults this go around.

We will have a New Year’s Polar Plunge that will be open to All Ages.

This is a once in a lifetime experience and not your regular ole concert.  Limited attendees for that VIP experience with some of the most fun and best party bands of today.

The Universe Package is basically the “early bird” package where purchasers have access to all events over the weekend.  The main concerts will have up to 300 attendees but we will have many other events throughout the hotel that have limited space so the Universe Package folks are the only ones that have access to those. Intergalactic package will have access to the 2 main concerts and to some of the other events.  More details closer to event.

Only attendees with a HOTEL STAY WRISTBAND will be allowed into the hotel.  Room packages are designated for two wristbands or four depending on the room package purchased.  This ensures the intimacy and VIP atmosphere of this event.

All tickets are either print at home, downloaded to your mobile device, or at Check-In day of event.. All tickets in a package are sent to the main purchaser.

Tickets are non-refundable no matter what.  All sales are final.  We can assist in helping transfer your tickets if you find a replacement.

The hotel and all of our event spaces are ADA accessible.  Please email us in advance if you require an ADA accessible room at [email protected]

• Hilton Garden Inn parking lot will be open to the just concert goers, just have a ticket ready as you may be asked to show your ticket when entering the lot.

• Each concert varies, please see details on the ticket page for your specific showtimes.

You are allowed to bring food and beverage into your hotel room.  However, no outside food and beverages will be allowed into the event spaces.  We will have several food and beverage options available for sale in each of these spaces.

• Balcony Decorations that will not fly away or impede on other neighboring guests. EVERY Room has a balcony.

• NO Outside food or drink into the event spaces
• NO Alcohol or Flasks brought into the event spaces
• NO Coolers in the event spaces
• NO Illegal substances, drugs, or drug paraphernalia
• NO Knives or weapons of any kind
• NO Pets (except service animals)
• NO Flammable lanterns or fire of any kind
• NO balloons (we love our ocean)
• NO Fireworks or any types of explosives
• NO Professional cameras (indicated by a detachable lens larger than 2 inches)
• NO Professional video or audio recording devices without prior approval

We currently have zero health restrictions for admission to any of our events at the Hilton Garden Inn.  Please stay home if you’re not feeling well or have recently been exposed to any illness.

By purchasing a ticket, you understand that health policies are subject to change at the discretion of the tour, promoter or government issued mandate. No refunds will be issued if you choose not to comply.

Medical staff will be on-site during the events. 

Our primary goal is to create a safe and secure environment for everyone in attendance. Security will be on-site throughout the weekend.

Food Trucks will be on site most of the weekend serving curated event menus for all tastes and dietary needs.   Specific menus will be sent closer to the event. Snacks, drinks and coffee will be available 24 hours.

21+ event.  The Hilton Garden Inn will have beer, wine, seltzers & spirits for sale at various bar locations.  Per A.B.C. Laws, no outside food or drinks is permitted in any of the event spaces.

Any charitable events during the New Year’s on the Banks festival will benefit Vusic Heals, Inc.  Vusic Heals is a non-profit organization whose mission is to bring once-in-a-lifetime experiences to those in need of music’s healing energy.
